Penny Schultz

A very nice woman young very helpful inspirational entrepreneurial.

Penny  was a nice looking woman , German looking very light haired blond. She and her sister lived  on Fulton street in Berkeley. I recall attending a party there , I was too young but the party was pretty wild.

Very "hippy "

Penny's sister Suzy eventually married John Curl. (Son  Aaron)

Back to Penny, she helped me write my first Resume and produced it on an IBM word processor.

Penny  started a word processing business in Berkeley on Shattuck avenue

This adjacent to the  Berkeley BART station.

I was so grateful  because even though at that time I had very few items on my Resume  the form and format were perfect. I felt like this did give me some advantage.

Memories of penny are pleasant and sad since Penny passed away at a very young age.from Breast cancer.

She had talent skills and drive , the antithesis of 'Hippy"

She is never forgotten. Small gifts  at a crucial time of life. Thank you Penny.

Tragic Breast cancer victim

IBM word processing business down town Berkeley

She Typed up my first Resume (when word processing was a service not something you could actually do.)

The Schultz sisters lived in a Victorian in Berkeley west of campus (find street) 2416 Fulton (+/-)
