Every morning the routine began with Ken getting water for the coffee machine at eh fountain in the front of the shop. One morning  Ken was walking head down getting water and he bumped into our very tall Black Secretary Ken was about 5'4 the secretary was over 6 feet . As I observed them collide I thought and said out loud. "nose to nose his toes were in it  Toes to toes hie nose was in it... Unfortunately everyone heard me and started laughing. Red faced  Ken laughed along too.

Just a funny story.

jean Loiis was from some french Virgin Islands

We got a job to wire an experimental trailer.

We had to lrun some 1/2 inch rigid condut downthe center of a steel floor . About 40 feet.

II decided to run th epipe and assigned JL to dril a hole in thecenter of the floor to allow us to terminate the pipe under the floor. I began running th epipe. and securing it to the floor . when I got to the point where JL drilled the hole. The hole was 4 inches off center.

I asked him how on earth he managed to get the hole 4 inches from the center. ? He replied "Man I am from the Islands and in th eIslands we use the metric system and in Metric the center is different.
