Elmer,
You were a good friend and always made me feel welcome at the Richmond Rod & Gun Club. I valued your friendship and looked forward to seeing you every time I went from Sacramento to the RR&GC, which was pretty often. Rest in peace my friend.

I was blessed to know Elmer Siiva at the Richmond Rod & Gun Club over the past 16 years. He was very well known and made a lasting impression on all who met him. The first time I went to the RR&GC Elmer welcomed me and treated me as if I had always been been coming there for various club activities. Elmer - you were a good friend and I will miss you - a lot.
